This medal celebrates 25 years of service at the Three Counties Hospital. The medal is difficult to date precisely because the shield design in the middle was used from the 1920s up until the very early 1960s. It has a pin clasp on the rear, so could be worn by the recipient. The size is approximately 2 inches.
