A complete air raid precautions (A.R.P.) warden's helmet in good condition. Note the 'T.C.H.' (Three Counties Hospital) and the 'E' for Electrical Department. A number of these were found at the hospital and taken home to be used as hanging baskets for plants! This one was put away and didn’t suffer the same fate.
